happy2975 Posted October 25, 2015 Report Share Posted October 25, 2015 hi my H1b petition was selected in lottery in year 2013 and finally got approved in Jan 2014 After couple of RFEs. I came to US on B1/B2 visa in Aug 2014 and my company then applied for change of status from B1/b2 to H1B, got the change of status approved and working till date on the same status. Now i want to go for H1B visa stamping in india, please suggest if there will be any difficulty in visa stamping in this scenario. my i797 is approved till Nov 2016. Also can i go to Canada or Mexico for visa stamping or do i have to go to india for visa stamping. regds H Link to comment
