Labor Denied (again) with H1b pending

In a bit of Mess right now.

 

My H1b originally started from October 2008! 8th Year right now.

 

Perm got audited and denied! Funny situation is - I applied for extension of H1b on 3rd June and same day - employer and lawyer received denial letter. The ad that we had in Radio - the receipt did not have "the exact advertised/announced script on radio" was the reason. We tried contacting the radip offices but they could not provide us the exact script and the idiot who worked on our case left the company and untraceable.

 

We somehow got a letterhead from Radio head saying that the employee left and hence we cannot provide the exact scrip and appealed. Also started new Determination wages thing.

 

We sent the info about appeal and the pending case status to USCIS on July 9th. And it is still pending.

 

Now, in October, our appeal got denied. H1b renewal application which is based on pending perm - is still pending! My actualy H1b expired on June 4th.

 

What are my options? How to get out of this mess?
