abhi425 Posted October 23, 2015 Report Share Posted October 23, 2015 Hi, My employer has applied for Labor in May 2014 (My 5th year of H1B). We received an RFE which was answered in Nov 2014. And we haven't received any updated until now. Upon asking my employer I was told it will take up to 12-18 months after RFE is answered to get an update. Is it true that it will take 12-18 months to get an update? What are the other options I should be looking into? Is there a way to know what is actually going on with the application?
