nageshkumardg Posted June 13, 2011 Report Share Posted June 13, 2011 Hi Murthy Attorney / Murthy Forum, I applied for my wife H4 visa on 25 April 2011 but was issued 221 g administrative processing, till now the case is under processing. My question is can we apply visitor visa to my wife (her sister is in US) while H4 visa is under processing? does it have any adverse effect? Thanks Link to comment
