Travel to India druing OPT Stem Extension Processing

Hello,

My OPT is valid till 29th Jan 2016,

I want to travel to my home country druing Decemeber for my sisters marriage. I already applied for OPT Stem-Extension in October 2015 and it is in processing, most probably it will be approved by the end of December.

1. Can I travel while my OPT Stem-Extension is in processing?

2. I have a mandatory Furlough for 2 weeks in December in my company?

3. What Documents should I need to carry while travelling?
