kcs0079 Posted October 22, 2015 Report Share Posted October 22, 2015 Hi, I have H1B visa stamped and is valid up to March 2016 from company A. I changed employer later and have an approved I-797 from company B which is valid up to April 2018. I'm traveling to India in December and will return back In January for my marriage. My question is, will there be any Issues at POE because my H1b expiry is coming up, do I need to get my visa stamped again or is it okay as long as I have a valid H1B with extension like i already have up to April 2018?.
