H1 to H4 to H1

Hi,

I had changed my H1b visa to H4 through my husband's company. In meantime I got a job offer and they applied for H1b COS. Now I see both H4 & H1b as approved.

H4 approved on Oct 20th 2015

H1b approved on Oct 21st 2015

My question is:

1. What would my visa status be now?

2. Should I be doing anything to cancel my H4?

3. Would anything affect my new H1b employment?

Please let me know and if anyone had gone through similar case.
