H1 to H4 to H1

Hi,

 

I had changed status from H1b to H4 through my husband's company.

In meantime, I got a job offer and H1b COS was applied.

Now the issue is I get to see both H4 & H1b as approved.

H4 - approved on Oct 20th 2015

H1b - approved on Oct 21st 2015

My question is 

1. What visa would I be on actualy?

2. Should I do anything to cancel my H4 visa?

3. Would there be anything affecting new H1b employment?
