I am in USA at present and my spouse plans to travel to Toronto and get her H4 stamped.

She is on H1B now.

 

1. Is there a bio-metric requirement in Toronto whereby she would need to visit the specific facility prior to the actual interview?

 

2. What are the official links where I can find details about paying the requisite fees and scheduling  for the interview in Toronto?
