a64260 Posted October 20, 2015 Report Share Posted October 20, 2015 Hi There, I started H1b transfer 2 months back to new Company B in regular process and its still in process. and i started working with them after getting the receipt number. I got 2 pay checks till now. Now i want to go back to old Company A. Is it legal go back and what are things i need to do to start working with Company A?
