usaeb1c Posted October 20, 2015 Report Share Posted October 20, 2015 Dear sir/madam My employer has filed my GC in EB1C category. It has been submitted to Texas on Jan 20th 2015. As USCIS shows it's processing timeframe for EB1C I-140 as May 2nd 2015, I raised an eSR with USCIS They provided the below response Your case is currently in line for processing and adjudication. Cases are processed in the order in which they were received. If you do not receive a decision or notice of further action within 6 months, please contact customer service. Can you help me know what options I have further ? I was wondering about their response because it's outside the processing timeframe but they didn't mention any reason and they just said that it is "in line for processing" Appreciate your guidance and direction on this.
