h1 visa stamping, employer withhold wrong state tax

Hi,

 

I've scheduled visa stamping last week of next month, i wanna know, will there be a issue in stamping if my latest pay stubs has incorrect state tax withhold (which is different from my current location). I know most employers do this if they don't have enough consultant in a state. anyone had stamped with similar case? or any kind of inputs is appreciated.
