siri007 Posted September 12, 2011 Report Share Posted September 12, 2011 When you applying for Prevailing wages, based on the experience DOL will give you the salary range or you have give them the salary the Employer offering. I think Level 3 or Level 4 salary will qualify for EB-2. Based on the Onet search we have to fill the salary on Form 9089 before DOL. Could you please clarify. Thank you Link to comment
