H4 (i94) different from H1b (i94) after COS

I came to USA on H4, when i entered USA i was issued an I94 and after that i applied for my H1B COS in premium processing where it was approved and an i797 was issued which is linked to my previous (h4) i94. After approval i went to India for a vacation of 2 months and entered USA in the month of August on H4 visa itself and a new i94 was issued to me for date till Nov'11 which is different from H1b i94.

My Question is:-

When i travel back to india which I94 will be valid for me and which one am i suppose to submit to the airlines?

Will I be an Illegal immigrant after nov'11 as the i94 issued to me at the time of last entry expired?
