an8086 Posted October 11, 2015 Report Share Posted October 11, 2015 Hello, my perm is denied three times since 2012, now I am seriously looking to change from employer, one of the reputed employer(vendor,top 10 GC sponsor) is showing interest in filing my perm however they have policy to file after 1 yr of employment with them. I've got 3yrs left on my h1b, so my concern is would I be putting myself in risk considering the time I will be having after 1 yr from now. please advise. Link to comment
