Multiple H1 Transfer

_{I am having H1 stamped up to January 2018 with Company A.} 

_{I got offers from three different companies and provided my documents for VISA transfer.} 

 

_{1. Is it legal to start a multiple VISA transfer process with (X, Y, Z) and I will choose which one is better.}

 

_{2. Planing to go India in November and will back in December at that time I haveto go for Stamping again? If my current employer has revoked my VISA status by 31st October 2015.?}
