JoeF Posted October 12, 2015 Report Share Posted October 12, 2015 Ahh ok. There isn't any "success rate" per se. Just sending a letter, referencing the case number, should always be successful. The only issue is that sometimes, they don't get the letter to the right examiner, and things are ignored. Having a lawyer who can help direct this properly may be the best way to go. Link to comment
