prr75 Posted October 6, 2015 Report Share Posted October 6, 2015 Sir , I travelled US in September 2005 on H1b through an Indian company, but I had to come back to india in January 2007 due to some personal problems. I was in US for 18 months on that h1b. Now I want to work in USA , kindly let me know if am eligible to apply cap exempt H1B petition.my h1b was expired in November 2007. Link to comment
