kuskum2000 Posted October 1, 2015 Report Share Posted October 1, 2015 Hi, I have 15 years of IT experience with 3 year degree in computer applications My I 140 is submitted and in process my question is I know i am in EB3 because I have 3 yr degree but do I need job duties from all previous employer or the just the last employer whom I worked with 3 years and this employer gave me the experience letter with job duties other 3 employer I have the experience letters on there letter heads but not job dutuies As I am in EB3 which need 2 year skill set experience is enough right so my last employer who gave the experience letter with job duties is sufficient ? please suggest Link to comment
Attorney_15 Posted October 19, 2015 Report Share Posted October 19, 2015 The I-140 has to include evidence of the experience required for employment in the Green Card job. If the job requires 4 years of experience, then USCIS will be looking for evidence of 4 years of experience even if you have 10 years of experience. There is no need to show USCIS evidence of more experience than what is required by the LC. Link to comment
