PERM approved, office location moving before filing I-140

Hello friends,

 

I currently work at a company in Santa Clara, CA. My PERM application just got approved. However, the office location is moving to San Carlos, CA in November 2015. (about 25 miles away).

 

Question - Can my I-140 be filed and approved before we move to new location OR will my company have to start the entire process of LCA and PERM again for new location

 

What is the best option in this scenario? Push employer to file I-140 in premium processing and hope it gets approved before we move to new location. If possible I want to avoid starting the process again just because the office is moving to new location
