My wife and son's h4 appointment scheduled based on my current valid 797( and it expires in 4 months) but now I am expecting my H1-B extension new 797 form. Can I send new 797 forms to my dependents for the H4 interview? Do they get Visa stamping with reference to the new 797 or old 797 validaty?
