H1 Denial - Limitations and Effects

Hello Folks,

 

1.Is there any limit on how many times you apply H1 ( CAP Exepmt)  or in other words can we file multiple H1s with any number of companies? 

2.If H1 gets denied multiple times, will that effect beneficiary(Me), if the denial is regarding the project/ Employee-Employer relation/In-house project.

Find a real employer, not some shady consulting company.

Every denial would be in your file, and would result in extra scrutiny of new applications. And all the shady desi consulting companies would fail such scrutiny.
