Hi,
topic:Current wage is greater than Prevailing wage in my local work area.
FYI- Manager totally new on this Perm Process
My Profile: H1-B 4 Years 2 months Completed, July 2017 H1b expiration( 6 Years completion).
        Prior to Current Company I have 5 Years 7 months experience.
            Current salary 103 K

My Manager finalised  requirements and discussed with attorney  and decided to do in EB-2 category.
Based on the Attorneys discussion he  raised few questions:

a) Based on below data and requirment(5 Years Exp) DOL might consider as Level 4 wage $131,747 when Green card Established-(per attorney).
Manager-Query: what If Green card established  with-in 2 years(if we apply in EB-2) does company need to raise your pay straigt 28K ?
My Question- For India Natives- Under EB-2 category,Is it possible to get GC in 2 years Is this practical?
