H4 stamping in Hyderabad Dates availability ??

I'm looking for H4 stamping in Hyderabad on December 10th or 11 th in Hyderabad...

 

Does anyone know about the dates available ?

 

Is H4 stamping includes....finger printing and next day stamping ....is it a 2 day process ??

 

Which one is better....for H4 stamping...Hyderabad or Chennai ?

 

How much is the fees ? How should I pay for it ??
