H1b221g_84 Posted September 28, 2015 Report Share Posted September 28, 2015 My H1B first extension was in processing for ~2.5 month, 2 week back it was converted to premium processing (as DL was about to expire) Till this morning there was no update on my case on USCIS website ("My case was received, with premium process upgrade request) Today all of sudden status was changed to "Your appeal was dismissed and the original decision on your case, Receipt Number XXXXXXXXXXX, remains the same." I checked my status everyday and there was no decision on this case till morning. Does anyone know what above case status means ? Link to comment
chandruboominath Posted October 15, 2015 Report Share Posted October 15, 2015 Hi, I got the same message from USCIS. 28th May 2015 applied H1B extn in normal processing and converted into premium processing on 2nd Oct 2015. All of a sudden, I got the same message as you mentioned above on 13th Oct 2015. May I know your status now ...please ? Did you they ask more documents or any RFE or automatically status got changed to aproved after some time?. Kindly reply. Appreciated your help. Link to comment
