(COS) L1b to H1b and I-140 approved

I am on L1-B with employer A.

Employer A filed my GC and currently I-140 is approved with employer A.

My L1-B max out date is Dec 2015.

 

I've H1b employer B (consultancy) and got job from employer C.

 

Questions:

is it possible transfer H1 from employer B to employer C?

will i get 3 years of extension?

What are possible options to stay in US with my current state?
