F1 (OPT) -> H1-B Petition Approved & H4-B Approved before 10/01/2015

My wife is currently on F1 Status (with OPT extension) and H1 petition approved and effective from 10/01/2015.

 

We have also applied for F1 to H4 (COS) and H4-EAD concurrently and both are approved on 09/25/2015.

 

Question is, from 10/01/2015, what will be her status,

 

since H1-B is effective from 10/01/2015, will she be on H1-B or H4-B is approved, will she be on H4-B ?

 

Please advise.
