H4 to H1B COS approval through multiple employers

Hi,

I am currently on H4 status. I got sponsor from 2 employers for my H1B COS and both got approved. Due to my location constraint, I am planning to join work with employer B on 1st Oct. And I am planning to inform my Employer A that I am unable to join them. I have following 3 questions.

1. Do I need to do anything so that I don't face any legal issues later?

2. Do I need to inform Employer B regarding H1B approval that I had with employer A?

3. As Employer A's petition was first approved, when COS becomes effective on 1st Oct, will it affect the Employer B's approval status?

1. Nothing. The other employer will revoke your H1B petition as it is required by law.
