Chandralekha Navin
Hi, I am currently on H4 status. I got sponsor from 2 employers for my H1B COS and both got approved. Due to my location constraint, I am planning to join work with employer B on 1st Oct. And I am planning to inform my Employer A that I am unable to join them. I have following 3 questions. 1. Do I need to do anything so that I don't face any legal issues later? 2. Do I need to inform Employer B regarding H1B approval that I had with employer A? 3. As Employer A's petition was first approved, when COS becomes effective on 1st Oct, will it affect the Employer B's approval status? Thanks , Chandralekha Link to comment
jairichi
1. Nothing. The other employer will revoke your H1B petition as it is required by law. 2. Not required. 3. No. Link to comment
