kunal.mshah85
Employer "A" filed my h1b 3 years back. Employer "A" also filled h1b extension which has been already approved. If emloyer B files for H1b extension and it gets approved, do i have option to not join employer B and keep working for employer A? Thanks in Advance. Link to comment

kunal.mshah85
wouldn't it be ill legal to work for company A as h1 has already transferred to company B and company B would be my new pititioner? Link to comment

There is nothing called transfer. It is a cap exempt H1B petition. You can stay with current employer or join new employer. No issues. Link to comment
