H4 EAD still pending (with new 1-797)....can we go to india for stamping

Can a H4 dependent go to india for H4 extension stamping (with new i-797) when H4 EAD application  is still pending.....

 

already She is in US with H4 stamp that will expire on SEP 30 2015 and looking for H4 EXTN stamping.

 

Please help....
