I had transferred to new H1B petition which is valid until april 31 2017. I am planning to visit India in November 2015 (within 12 months from my visa expiry date). I would like to know if I am eligible for IWP (Drop box) when I visit India. Here are my details. 1. I had changed the employer as my previous visa 2. I want to bring my wife with me H4 dependent (FIRST TIME coming to US) does she is elligible to Drop box visa too Can I drop both of both our documents ...please let me know ..Thanks for your help Link to comment
