My husband is in h1 b n we completed 3 yrs in USA and we got our extension approved too

But now my husband wants to change company n start our GC process so I can get the i140 approval n start working

But which states can we get Perm done faster

I heard some states takes 1.5 to 2 yrs

And some places we get perm labor i140 soon in 6_8 months time

Please suggest

You heard wrong. Don't listen to rumors.

PERM processing has nothing to do with states.
