I140 approved & moving to India

hi, 

 

I am in the sixth year of H1B currently , I got  I140 approved, and got my extension

 

I am in Company A got I140 approved. I am moving back to India and i am planning to change to Company B.

 

 

1. Can my I140 is transferrable ? 

 

2. Can i transfer my Visa to new employer , when i am in India ?

 

3. Can i get the same extension period in company B which i got in my Company A ?

2. Yes.

3. If I-140 is valid you get 3 year extension. If I-140 is revoked you will get extension till the date approved for A.

My I140 is approved., My employer is not giving the approve # or approved application .

 

1. What are options do i have to maintain the same date when i switch employer ?

2. how do i get I140 application ?please let me know the steps.
