H1 transfer and travel outside US

I am in the process of changing my current employer , but I am having H1b Visa stamped on my passport will June 2016 and I-140 approved in EB3 . On this background I would like to ask ,  once I receive  H1B  transfer approval notice from new employer , then with that approval notice and  H1b Visa stamped  on passport from earlier employer  till June 2016 , with these document  can I travel to India in DEC-15 to early week of Jan2016. My new employer  will start my new GC labor process once I join then after transfer approval .  Please let me know  do you  see any risk  to travel to India.   or I am ok with H1b transfer approval notice and   Earlier H1B visa stamped on Passport.
