Universalquest Posted September 20, 2015 Report Share Posted September 20, 2015 Dear Forumers, I am applying F4 visa for my brother .During my Citizenship naturalisation I added a religion name to my name .I do not have any evidence of this name change as F4 visa requires evidence of this name change. This name change was a ceremony which was held during naturalisation. How and what are my options in getting the evidence? Please help. Link to comment
