hai_there
hello awesome people. My lawyer is in the process of filing my perm application finally for EB3! I did my BS and then did MS from USA. Did two internships that are 3 months each. One with a different company and one with the current employer before being hired FT with the same employer. However I do not have any FT experience, will this count against me? Do I have any chances of being approved if my employer files my PERM. My masters was relevant to what I am doing at my work. rara5
From my experience- no/less than 1 year experience jobs that file for PERM are likely to trigger an audit. So I would be mentally prepared for that. In the event that happens, then in the audit response the company/lawyer needs to make sure to provide sufficient evidence that other candidates were considered/interviewed but were not suitable. Hopefully in the job advertisement phase your Employer/Lawyer considered that and have appropriate records. A well documented audit response should lead to an approval. Link to comment
