nrocky Posted September 18, 2015 Report Share Posted September 18, 2015 All F4 cases are required to submit the petitioner's birth certificate, along with their own civil documents, to NVC after filling the DS 260. The petitioner's birth certificate is also supposed to be carried for the interview. Now the problem is the my brother seems to have misplaced his birth certificate. What is the alternative in this situation. Someone please guide. Link to comment
