I came to US and I got enrolled to classes in Aug 2015 attended classes for 1 month. Due to family emergencies I had to come to india last week and now i want to take a semester break and attend the classes from Jan 2016. Question1: Am i eligible for Taking the semester break.? Question2: Do i need to go to the stamping again for returning to US and what would be my visa status while returning to US Link to comment
