PERM and I-140

I have started my PERM with my company at their Mountain View, California branch. But there is a chance that I might have to relocate to the Bellevue branch before the PERM is approved and the I-140 is applied as we are shutting down the Mountain View office. But we are also going to have a new office in California(commuting distance from Mountain View, though it might not be in the same county). 

 

My questions are follows

 

1) Can my company apply for my I-140 with the new California address after my existing PERM is approved.

2) My lawyers said that they will reapply my PERM and I-140 with the Bellevue address once I get my I-140 approved. So what will happen to that I-140. Will it get invalidated?
