Saransh
Hi, I came to US 2.8 yr ago and since then I never been to India(Home Country). I have a valid I-94 valid till 2016 but my H1B visa has expired long back. Now recently I got a offer directly from my client(Big financial firm) and I am joining them next month. 1.Now my question is that can I go for Re-stamping in November end, just after 1.5 months of joining? 2. Would it going to create any issues in re-stamping? 3. Any kind of precautions need to be taken care of for first time re-stamping? Please suggest me. -- Thanks Link to comment
