My I-94 is expiring in Oct 2015.

 

And I have I-797 till June 2016.

 

Can H1B amendment  extend the I-94 validity???

 

If I apply for H1B  amendment, will it extend my I-94 validity.

 

Because I dont want to travel to Mexico or go out of country right now.

 

Is H1B amendment an option to extend I-94 validity.
