EAD application Q# 6

I am filing EAD form I-765 and got stuck on Q # 16 eligibility criteria. Here is my situation.

 

My husband is a primary applicant on I-485 adjustment of status. I am currently working on H-1B and have also filed 1-485 thru my husband's approved I-140. 

 

Q#16 eligibility criteria is clear for my husband © (9)

 

What eligibility criteria should I fill in? © (9)?

 

Another question about fee:

 

Will there be a fee for filing EAD? We might also file advance parole concurrently with EAD- is the a fee for AP?

 

Wish we could have filed EAD, AP with 1-485 application!
