prabhurajsap Posted September 15, 2015 Report Posted September 15, 2015 I had my first H1B stamping from company AAA india and had travelled to usa for 3 year and then came back to india and quit AAA. Now im employed with company BBB india and since my H1B stamping had expired i had recently got my restamping of H1B done from the company BBB. I currently have an offer from company CCC USA who is transferring my I797. Can i travel to USA to join company CCC with its new I797 and H1B stamp from company BBB?
NP2020 Posted September 15, 2015 Report Posted September 15, 2015 Yes, you should be able to enter united states with visa stamping from one employer and I797 from different employer.
