DS160 Receipt Number and dates

Hi,

 

I have my original H1B petition from Feb 2015 - Feb 2016. Have applied for amendment in May 2015 and awaiting the approval notice.

 

In the DS-160 form, Can I mention my original H1B Petition Receipt number?

Also, while booking the appointment date, Can I mention the same Original petition receipt number and the start and end dates of this petition (Feb 2015 - Feb 2016).

 

I do not have the approval notice of my amendment yet, and as I am looking to travel to India urgently, I would like to book the appointment as soon as possible.

 

Please guide me.. Thanks!
