vikkyd1 Posted September 14, 2015 Report Share Posted September 14, 2015 Hi, I have EB2 PD August 2010 with my previous employer. We were in the process to convert my wife status from H1 to H4 EAD. Since the EB2 dates moved to 2011 we're not sure which way to go. - My PERM was filled on July 2015 with new employer. I'm expecting it will get approved in around 8 months. Can you please suggest if its better to wait 8 months so we both can get EAD OR to file her H4 EAD? One potential issue with waiting is if the dates retrogress. Please share you thought. MonajRat Posted September 16, 2015 Report Share Posted September 16, 2015 We have H4 EAD and also filing for I-485 based on Oct bulletin. Once we apply for I-485, I expect we will get EAD's & AP documents based on i-485. Now with 2 different EAD's which one we need to use for employment ? Link to comment
