areddy1234
Hello, Can I keep working fulltime for my sponsor employer on EAD and work for a new employer as a part time? Do we need to inform USCIS regarding the new employment? and Is it legal in the first place? Thanks, Areddy1234. Link to comment
JoeF
An EAD allows you to work for multiple employers. But, check your employment contract. Employers often don't allow their employees to moonlight for another company. One of the reasons is that they don't want the employee to work for a competitor. Another one is that they want to get the full attention to their job. If you moonlight without your employer's approval, you may get fired for cause. Link to comment
