Sam23 Posted September 13, 2015 Report Share Posted September 13, 2015 Hi, I got my H1B approved on feb 2015 through XYZ consultancy and I am searching for job for the past 8 months.Now I got an offer from another consultancy ABC,but he is demanding for H1 transfer to his company.Please let me know whether H1 transfer is possible without pay slips. jairichi Posted September 13, 2015 Report Share Posted September 13, 2015 If you are working for employer XYZ and not paid then you are out of status. You need to file a complaint against employer with DOL. This will get your salary dues and move to a new employer. Avoid consultancy. Link to comment
