Hello

Request advice on my case

Education:

Bachelor's in Engg. 2004-2008 Full Time

MBA full time 2009-11 Full time.

Work ex. 2011- Current (4.1 years) with Firm A

Will be joining a firm B shortly. Firm B is gonna file for GC in October 2016. My academic evaluation done an year and half ago from ICETS, came back as Bachelor's in Science and Bachelor's in Business Admin. No idea why they evaluated my MBA as Bachelor's. Am hoping for EB2 filing. If I go by this evaluation, I'd have a bachelor's and 4 years of exp outside firm B, which ,I think, makes me ineligible for EB2. Am i correct in assuming this? Is there no way I can get my MBA considered as Master's? Will evaluation from a different firm help ? Any suggestion on whom should I approach for evaluation ?  Is EB3 the only option if this doesn't work out ?

Appreciate any response!

Thank You!

For ENd, the job has to require an advanced degree. You could have a PhD, if the job only requires a bachelor, the case would still be in EB3.
