Work during H4 EAD Extension

Hello,

 

I applied for H4 EAD and got approval, however, my H4 EAD is going to expire by the end of this month - Sept 2015 (based on my spouse's H1b approval date).  

 

Along with my spouse's H1b petition for extension, I applied for H4 EAD extension concurrently.  But I am already working on my current H4 EAD, so can I continue working while my H4 EAD extension is pending with USCIS.

 

Please help!

Without a valid EAD card you cannot work. You need to stop working by EAD expiry date and can start working once new EAD is received.
